The Blob Scene 8 (Lobbyists and the FCC)

MEMO;June 8 2007

CONCERNING: - paradigm shift for multi dimensional reallocated divestment spending concerning  operating margin restructuring  to allow Proxy Cyber to acquire holdings which will function as addendum towards " ease of access" associated with  developing technologies concerning  human–computer interfacing, photon detector and light-emitting diodes.

CONCERNING:-"Winning back bids" meaning "Winning Back Lobbyists" with -interests not dissimilar- our own .Currently the FCC 's indecision concerning regulation of BCI gives Proxy Cyber  false reassurance and confidence 'concerning some aspects of "open development "and forgets rules can change rather quickly as more Mind Augment and A.I. Corporations *seek similar "exceptions to the rules"

CONCERNING- with Merge biosensors width reaching close to 10 nm, the question is now  how small a device can we fabricate at industrial scale. Today's consumers are looking for more functionality and more "co- monitoring "of their biological systems. The future of electronics is about integration of CPU speed and biological functionality in the private sector, however without hard evidence that this tech can be useful as" commodity" we must  consider moving some of our facilities to more lenient foreign labs ,as current laws negate certain aspects of clinical research ....If certain tests are performed within set parameters of "gray area" legislation, enough acquired data can be discretely attained concerning  “signals” generated by a human organism 's perceptions, cognitions and emotions but we must protect ourselves in advance from future  liability by dispersing  statistical analysis and /or procurement procedurals of such data.

Merge Proxy Cyber 'various approaches has been in the forefront of  neural signal transcription and transmission with insertive piezoelectronic biosensors placed  directly within a human organism's nervous system and while these inserted biological devises proved effectively they also proved expensive .Thanks to new methods in bio sensing production method  correspondent with faster computers for more efficient  and less expensive  “mediator” or “translator” programs that can directly generate digital signals back and forth  toward the human  organism's senses of touch, hearing, seeing ,balance, and pain and than back at the input source.

Los Angeles
2002-
Evan Rainy sat on the edge of the desk.
It was an informal meeting.or had been set up to appear that way.
Only 150 people .
Trainees ,part of the "Neuronautics"family that believed in the Science -ideology of things rather than the "Sentiment-ologies of G-d
Trainees, who would become Neuronauts
Cameras were placed in obvious places around the room.
It was the only obvious recording device displayed
and not' new' microwave technology that could both collect neural brain waves AND Impart information upon another's cortex without any insertion devices whatsoever .This no-tell technology only drawback was that the person or persons being read had to be within 4 miles of the portable transmission/receivership ,really a souped up fMRI machine that had recently become part of The New Way.Of Neuronautics. Now that enough subjects had been cross referenced to help the high speed computers decode the mind's not so unique pulsations toward a standardized data base...it was easier and easier for various neural algorithm program to "graph quite specific "signal over lay upon very precise demographic "Thought Styles" ----over the past 4000 years had been trained to “think” in words .. as this lecture was about selling methodology concerning Science -ideological Neuronautic programming with 'silent sound" and Visual associations via own's visual cortex and not the equipment itself Evan supposed there would be a new type of mole at these gatherings. As Programming meant much more than tech in the A.I.Industry.
“Now suppose,”Evan said,”for a moment that there was a technology that could decode your thoughts.A technology that deciphers the private interior monologue ,that deciphers someone's hopes, dreams ,fears, triggers, and secrets.Look at the person next to you, look into their eyes..I've been told that the eyes are the windows to one's soul...but tell me..what do you see, what soul do you see looking into that person next to you- eyes.Nothing.You see if they have blue eyes ,or almond colored eyes,or hazel eyes..unless we have a bona fide psychic here I doubt very much anyone is seeing any windows into someone's soul.
Evan stands up
and moves to the podium, he rubs his hands together, and pauses ..as if just now remembering the story he has told over 7 times this week.
“when I was in my early 20'S. I worked at a large company.
We sold window blinds.
My father ,maybe you've heard of him is Gary Rainy, the man who began the Neuronautics movement in the mid 1960's,
I was raised on Neuronautics and I will raise my children as such..
but my father didn't want me riding on his coat tails..he told me to “go forth “and make my own way
and than and only than decide if “The New Way” was my way
so away I went
into the “real world”and worked for a boss in window blind company .
The boss wore funny shoes.
Nurse's shoes.
I assume he had trouble with his feet and women;s nursing shoes were the only shoes he was comfortable in.
Every day one would hear something or other, some kind of joke or insinuation about The Boss's funny shoes
One day I had enough. And began keeping a small notebook on my person to begin keeping an account of all those people who spoke behind his back of his “funny shoes”
At the Christmas party I told the boss that I had a gift for him
I gave him the list of people who over the previous 5 months I had heard laughing at the man who paid their salaries, kept food on their tables and a roof over their heads. He thanked me for the gift by properly firing all those on the list that very day.
And do you know what
do you know what a pleasure it was to return to work the following week and not be around
such negative influence?
Maybe another man ,another boss would not have cared about my list.
Maybe another boss would have liked being a source of laughter for his employees and would have appreciated the false smiles and brown nose activities of these sources of betrayal.
Linda N observed the minute changes in brain wave activity of the 150 potential sales representatives to the word “betrayal.”
For a moment Linda's eyes locked on Evan's
she held up four fingers on here left hand as there appeared to be 4 individuals in the group whose neurals reacted in a displaced manner 0.7 seconds after the word was uttered.
She would ask Nikoli to work the buffet table and make sure these 4 potential Ruiners were given “digestables”
The digestible nano traveled on a virus strand that would linger around the small intestines until embedding itself securely into the Ruiner's frontal lobe, and in a week's time “a dent” could be put into the Mentor's task of decoding their thoughts.

Who Owns The Media? The 6 Monolithic Corporations That Control Almost Everything We Watch, Hear And Read

Back in 1983, approximately 50 corporations controlled the vast majority of all news media in the United States.  Today, ownership of the news media has been concentrated in the hands of just six incredibly powerful media corporations.  These corporate behemoths control most of what we watch, hear and read every single day.  They own television networks, cable channels, movie studios, newspapers, magazines, publishing houses, music labels and even many of our favorite websites. Sadly, most Americans don’t even stop to think about who is feeding them the endless hours of news and entertainment that they constantly ingest.  Most Americans don’t really seem to care about who owns the media.  But they should.  The truth is that each of us is deeply influenced by the messages that are constantly being pounded into our heads by the mainstream media.  The average American watches 153 hoursof television a month.  In fact, most Americans begin to feel physically uncomfortable if they go too long without watching or listening to something.  Sadly, most Americans have become absolutely addicted to news and entertainment and the ownership of all that news and entertainment that we crave is being concentrated in fewer and fewer hands each year.
The six corporations that collectively control U.S. media today are Time Warner, Walt Disney, Viacom, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., CBS Corporation and NBC Universal.  Together, the “big six” absolutely dominate news and entertainment in the United States.  But even those areas of the media that the “big six” do not completely control are becoming increasingly concentrated. For example, Clear Channel now owns over 1000 radio stations across the United States.  Companies like Google, Yahoo and Microsoft are increasingly dominating the Internet.
But it is the “big six” that are the biggest concerns.  When you control what Americans watch, hear and read you gain a great deal of control over what they think.  They don’t call it “programming” for nothing.
Back in 1983 it was bad enough that about 50 corporations dominated U.S. media.  But since that time, power over the media has rapidly become concentrated in the hands of fewer and fewer people….
In 1983, fifty corporations dominated most of every mass medium and the biggest media merger in history was a $340 million deal. … [I]n 1987, the fifty companies had shrunk to twenty-nine. … [I]n 1990, the twenty-nine had shrunk to twenty three. … [I]n 1997, the biggest firms numbered ten and involved the $19 billion Disney-ABC deal, at the time the biggest media merger ever. … [In 2000] AOL Time Warner’s $350 billion merged corporation [was] more than 1,000 times larger [than the biggest deal of 1983].

Today, six colossal media giants tower over all the rest.  Much of the information in the chart below comes from mediaowners.com.  The chart below reveals only a small fraction of the media outlets that these six behemoths actually own….
