 May 10 2015 – More than 64 % of U.S. consumers with no serious health problems  believe patients should have a choice to remotely monitor their body homeostasis with biochips .51% of consumers say they would not mind if their brain signals and sensory perceptions were decoded and "read" by trained professionals via a Brain Computer Interface.

Merge neural prosthetic devices send and receive signals based on the emotional ,preceptory and cognitive activity of the  neural prosthetic user. The Tele -Presence insinuates it's own visual ,auditory and synthesized emotional signal upon the bio sensor which can be placed in a person's circulatory system without invasive surgery, that is how small nano is. Once the sensors  have bonded to specific  cells in the human brain  Merge biotech allows one's neural data to be recorded, and decoded with a computer algorithm. Next one's Operating Tele-Operator can  use a number of compatible  human language programs that mimic human conversational styles. A chatterbot (also known as a talkbot, '"Bot"', chatterbox, Artificial Conversational Entity or similar) is a computer program which conducts a conversation via one's visual and auditory cortex  m Some chatterbots use sophisticated natural language processing systems, but many simply scan one's brain  signals for key words and one's visual cortex for key imagery and next more complex parts of one's mind to determine where these "words" ,thoughts and visualizations(memories) came from and how they might best be used by AI or any other form of Human Computer or Mind to Mind Communication and assuage .
The term "ChatterBot" was originally coined by Michael Mauldin( creator of the first Verbot, Julia) in 1994 to describe these conversational programs.
What is perhaps more important than faciliating a conversation is exploring the participants response to imbuement that is created to test how resliant a participant is in terms of their self identiy when their systems are intentionally flooded with information (cognitive,perceptroty and emotion) signals that a participant is meant to undertsand is not being "created" by their own imagination but by an outsound means of influence.Three publicly available decomposition algorithms—EMGlab (McGill , 2005) (single channel data only), Fuzzy Expert (Erim and Lim, 2008) and Montreal (Florestal , 2009).
