the "subjects" involved in Human Experimentation in this New Field were at loss as their claims ,their lawsuits,their documentation was viewed as delusion ....the New Carpetbaggers had it made
 there were no loose ends..)

yet

 in 10 to 15 years

a much better document-er than me with some Hardy Boys Ethics and Vigour 

will inevitably ask

WHERE DID ALL THIS DATA COME FROM?

certainly not through regulated 

solicited 

participation

the premise though
                         even in the next decade
will still seem so far fetched
                   and so  outside the realm of  public discourse(as by than the consumer will be using this technology and care not HOW it was developed
and  the idea that
 horrific"tests'   were being preformed
on a demographic of the population
that
nobody  seemed  to care about
might once more be squashed or labeled "off limits"
as so much it "had/has to do with SECURITY

and that being The Case and The Cause
where it began
and where or when it might  stop
was and will continue to be nobody's business
but Big Business
