EVAN focuses my attenuation back to "The Blob" imparting that JACOB /DUMBO is graphing his ideas of how A.I. and Virtual Reality via unseeable nano bio spread through out "the land" during a series of cloud bursts....

because JACOB / DUMBO wants to introduce A.I. and biochips
to the public in a very horrible way....
which makes DUMBO/JACOB the TRUE ENEMY in the story....for even being able to THINK
