I was having nerve pain in my upper extremities

I had gone for an MRI before years ago..for something entirely different
and was curious why they gave me a shot after the scan
a young resident said something about sedation so I would not wiggle during the MRI
when I him I had just had the scan
he seemed nervous ,confused...and went to speak to a man dressed in whites wearing a stethoscope
I watched the dr.make a mean look at the resident
but could not over hear what was being said
after some tome the young resident came over and explained, "No ,I'm sorry...we gave you a Flu shot"
