Yet the sequel was more deplorable. Western democracies, having witnessed the prelude to genocide, did nothing to help the victims. That, as much as the broken glass, needs recalling today.
This atrocity did not pass unnoticed. The Times's lead story, by Otto Tolischus, groped for historical precedents: ''A wave of destruction, looting and incendiarism unparalleled in Germany since the Thirty Years War and in Europe generally since the Bolshevist Revolution, swept over Great Germany today as National Socialist cohorts took vengeance on Jewish shops, offices and synagogues for the murder by a young Polish Jew of Ernst vom Rath, third secretary of the Germany Embassy in Paris.''
In 24 hours 1,000 Jews were dead and more than 30,000 arrested, a tenth of all German Jews. This was not the act of a mob but of the regime, showing that Hitler's threats against the Jews were no bombast. Disgust with and distrust of Hitler was evident in overwhelming condemnation of Kristallnacht in most Western newspapers; even the pro-appeasement Times of London deplored ''a black day for Germany.''
Yet if voices were raised, not an official finger was lifted to save 300,000 Germans now proved to be in mortal danger" Their methods of action have sometimes  have been designed to become more and more engrossing to the targeted victim, to help keep the victim vulnerable for their use as human organism. What makes most of us in society susceptible to psychotronic testing is the the mind has no firewall , the lack of awareness in society about what psychotronic weapons are serves the purpose of the experiments well as these weapons were specifically designed to mimic madness.Testing to drive another mad had been exposed in the 1970's concerning ONLY aspects of testing that concerned drugging a victim (MK-Ultra) .Drugs however were found to "not work as well" at "shifting another's consciousness and perceptions " via electronic persuasion....by the mid 1970's most Human Testing concerning drugs introduced into an unsuspecting citizen's system indeed stopped. NOT because "some type of empathy " concerning the barbaric notion of literally using a human being to "practice" means of psychological torture was instilled upon agencies( not only allowed  but encouraged to move forward with such tests ) ceased it's research but because it had begun refocusing it's measures ONLY toward Directed Energy being used to introduce hallucinations and altered consciousness upon another.
