I have attempted writing about Psychotronics and Expendability
as Human Guinea Pig
in any and every manner possible
However it has become more and more clear to me that this subject ,mainly because of it's format of
which is ,to say the least

traditional
(Synthetic Telepathy (Brain Computer Interface) and Induced 5 sense over-ride or what is called Tele-Presense )
seems to resist being conveyed using "language"
that is not
based upon thought to thought
also most people are not forced into Communicating
unless of course one is being interrogated
yet even an interrogation does not
last years
nor "in most cases" does interrogation need to use nor study "Mind Reading" technology
to accomplish
it's goals
to get to the bottom of 'THE TRUTH"
the mind contains
many things
and one things I have discovered is
"the truth" is not one of them...
in many ways this technology
does not work
the intrusiveness is so profound that one's mind
recoils and bends and quivers
more than it actually conveys
Mind to Mind Interface controlled not by
YOU
and one a Human Subject
has no way literally of "turning off"
..is difficult to explain
Few ,besides other 's in the same situation who call themselves Targeted Individuals
can begin to understand
being forced to participate
in
wordless communication
whether one wants to or not
Mind Transcription 24/7 and Mind Inception
is not something one gets used to
or is compelled to "get better at"
Schizophrenia does not present in the same manner as A.I.
a schizophrenic or psychotic quite beyond having delusions (as I am sure this is misconstrued as)is also very disorganized in thought process
which is one reason I "keep up " -the story

to demonstrate an at least clinical style of lucidity completely non correlative to
"obvious " conclusions regarding this particular subject matter

more "discrete " agencies
is both encouraging and discouraging
at the same time
unfathomable and unreleased
progress has been made
concerning biosensor technology...Trillions of dollars have been "sunk" into the "upcoming "Singularity"
nano tubes or what most layman might call "chips"
are almost impercieve-ably small
6,000 biosensors (chips that both receive and transmit Brain Signal) literally can fit on the head of a pin...

WASHINGTON–For the first time, scientists have been able to send a simple mental message from one person to another without any contact between the two, thousands of miles apart in India and France.
Research led by experts at Harvard University shows technology can be used to transmit information from one person’s brain to another’s even, as in this case, if they are thousands of miles away.
“It is kind of technological realization of the dream of telepathy, but it is definitely not magical,” Giulio Ruffini, a theoretical physicist and co-author of the research, told AFP by phone from Barcelona.
“We are using technology to interact electromagnetically with the brain.”
For the experiment, one person wearing a wireless, Internet-linked electroencephalogram or EEG would think a simple greeting, like “hola,” or “ciao.”
A computer translated the words into digital binary code, presented by a series of 1s or 0s.
Then, this message was emailed from India to France, and delivered via robot to the receiver, who through non-invasive brain stimulation could see flashes of light in their peripheral vision.
The subjects receiving the message did not hear or see the words themselves, but were correctly able to report the flashes of light that corresponded to the message.“We wanted to find out if one could communicate directly between two people by reading out the brain activity from one person and injecting brain activity into the second person, and do so across great physical distances by leveraging existing communication pathways,” said co-author Alvaro Pascual-Leone, professor of neurology at Harvard Medical School.
“One such pathway is, of course, the Internet, so our question became, ‘Could we develop an experiment that would bypass the talking or typing part of Internet and establish direct brain-to-brain communication between subjects located far away from each other in India and France?'”
Ruffini added that extra care was taken to make sure no sensory information got in the way that could have influenced the interpretation of the message.
Researchers have been attempting to send a message from person to person this way for about a decade, and the proof of principle that was reported in the journal PLOS ONE is still rudimentary, he told AFP.
“We hope that in the longer term this could radically change the way we communicate with each other,” said Ruffini.
