The department of Shapes and Lines
thought some kind of mutual beneficial arrangement might be made to keep both the Department of Shapes and Lines
and Gary Rainy satisfied
(after all both
the department of S&L and Neuronautics were at least it seemed to Dixie about crowd control to some degree)
The Dept of Shapes and Line's chairman knew that elected representative Dixie Shaker would make a good liason for them
as Dixie's bright smile and exaggerated southern drawl and shapeliness contained almost as much sway as Gary
people dropped things when Dixie walked by
Dixie had the type of looks and vitality that made people nervous in close proximity
Gary Rainy was claiming and filing law suit after lawsuit
against The Dept
Gary Rainy and Neuronautics
were being denied certain rights and privileges
again
The latest suit
claimedthat Neuronautics members
were
being treated unfairly and should be given both Homesteading rights and restitution for centuries of slavery
as the TV ,psychiatry and the Country itself had enslaved and disempowered them
numerous suits were followed against all matter of government
Gary claimed that Neuronauts
who followed the program became quite literally different species
higher species
and in such
needed their own homeland
their own state

as bizarre as Gary Rainy's's claims were their was in fact legal jurisdiction for all of his claims
including claims he never filed
as Neuroinauts
were “just visiting”
and not really from here
the Neuronauts in fact owed over 8 million in back taxes
and had spent over 22 million filing lawsuits i”to make a point “ that Neuronauts were not fighting
the war on Ruiners and Old Way laws for something as petty as money
Gary Rainy
wanted rights
and liberties that had not even been written yet
rights that were his
because he was superior to mere mortal law
Dixie Shaker ,who herself had a rather celestial air about her.
Was asked to act as liaison
between earthly and the “urethral
Dixie was glad to go
she had always held a fascination with Neuronautics
as expected the two
got along famously
and after a little number crunching
Rainy paid half of what he owed
and called off the lawyer
Dixie returned again and again to Gary Rainy's California mini mansion

a true higher power
he called simply The Entity

and test us and teach us and reach us

self consciousness and words and words and words that have been forced upon and into us
thousands of years and years of mind control by ruiners who only think in words

and other glass ceilings of
limited consciousness that the Ruiners have put upon us
that have left markings on the world's soul
that kept
Qualitive Quantum kinship at bay
Neuronautics,he explained could resolve the abuse of man to man
if one was prepared to go through heaven and hell
to reach a state of full Open Mindfulness
completely void of self conscious “secret thoughts”
Dixie and Gary chain smoked together a bond in itseld

Dixie listen to Gary go on and indeed found a lot of what he said both fascinating and absurd

the Enrot(neural firings that are degenerate and can be absorbed by innocent Resolvables who may be able to be “cured” by Mentorship or Neuronautic Counseling)

and neural rot was caused by psychic emmit-ance
Dixie laughed...and told gary he must have some pretty righteous emmit-ance to have the latest charges of fraud dropped by the Dept of Shapes and Lines
and maybe some rather powerful adversaries

“Neuronauts are everywhere
they must be,”he explained,
“I do in fact believe without us
the world would have been blown to smitherings..don't you ..”
again Dixie got the feeling Gary could read her mind..
she was glad
that this visit indeed concerned Gary and the Department”s latest
“misunderstanding”
concerning Gary Rainy's
new demands that Neuronautics
deserved the same land concessions that the American Indians had received
again he brought up the “fact” that anyone in the group who got to level 6
was in fact a hybrid of man and Other entities
thus making them a minority who deserved special concessions
and really must be given these concessions immediately
as Neuronauts were crafted to have Permanent Attunement and could “do” things
if they did not get what they needed to co mingle ever so briefly with a ruiner world
sometimes Dixie wanted to just snap
her fingers in his face and explain that “meanwhile in the real world maybe I myself have something to say”
but something held her back,
respect fear belief? She didnt know
but what she did know
was that
she had something she thought Gary might want
something besides
immunity from man made laws that did not apply to one who could travel to other realms and planets
by using only the rocket of the mind
again Dixie got the feeling Gary could read her mind..
she was glad

places even a well placed Neuronaut did not
Dixie knew she could get a hold of some “Dots”
for a price

who say that the Dept of Shapes and lLnes hired and sent Dixie to Gary Rainy
because they expected her to
