Emasculating effect of calcium ion flux-Animal Kindling Models  

The inhibitory effects of calcium ions have been well documented for many physiological processes. The action of testosterone specific proteins can be mediated by second-messenger signaling. Here we report that a circadian phase-dependent oscillation on the L-type voltage-gated calcium channels (L-VGCCs) in cultured rats initiated intracellular calcium activity to  mediate sensitive protein that hastened testosterone flow. Activation of intracellular calcium with 2 min pulse in l/t s/y duration induced inhibition of regulation of testes....
