PERISHABILITY was necessary for a certain style of thought Rainy claimed.thoughts that with or without interface polluted the world The "waves of thought "Rainy documented were as real as the micro or gamma waves.If ,as some claim he believed these waves ,were alien in nature was of little merit ,Rainy proclaimed, for a wave is a wave,evil is evil."let us not talk of aliens or anything else ,"he would wink"that you might mock me with,I speak of true science,let us not get off track."
some true loyalists of Rainy debated whether even wiping a PERISHABLE off the face of the earth solved the problem of their ENROT coming back
so important did Rainy feel about this problem that in the 1970's
