it is October 27 2013 and I am writing to you about civil rights and human experiments and human and white trafficking..in a form a format ..that is quite ahead of it's time...so ahead of it's time I have written a fictionalized account of this new technology's implications because to have written it as pure fiction would have been too outside the group understanding of the possible and impossible..just the same...I would like to be counted ...when "it all comes out"..to say post mortem I existed...
Thus.I would like this letter filed somewhere away from "rush" documentation..as any news of the New form of human communication called synthetic telepathy or chatterbox technology ..is only now in development and will not come to to "light of day" I suspect for quite we call ourselves T.I's (Targetd Individuals) Psychotronic Augment of the temporal aspects of daily function.This work was begun in thje early 1950's and has only recently,thanks to nano particles become possible.I have done years of research and have corresponded with many whose lives have been all but destroyed by psycho- neuro manipulative technology..a growing business said to be worth trillions in the near future.I am being purposely vague..for I do not want to come off as a tinfoil hat wearing scribe trying to desperately find non organic basis for some type of thought disorder.The technology simulates purposely many of the symptoms of psychosis concerning altered perception in the temporal lobe (much work is being done at Stanford and MIT on mind to mind communication..as you must be aware testing was done in the 1960s on unwitting people with hallucinogenic ..psychotronic "sight specific" intrusive "ness" is much more direct.As was the case in the 50's and 60's and all the way back to Tuskegee many subjects were chosen because they are considered "non person" by"our Better" The Homeless,thew mentally ILL ,African Americans,drug addicts and the homosexual and other disenfranchised "demographics.
