DANNY FISHER,a handsome man in his 50's has been asked to sweep up and do maintenance at the auditorium which hosts "The Old Way" a traditional political party's "rallies" .The Old Way which has coerced DANNY into it's fold. DANNY did not seek out The Old Way but became smitten by RONNIE older woman ,the wife of an important senator to join.DANNY ,threatened and unsure of his ideas "joins "The Old Way" who discover DANNY has a knack for oration...DANNY at first is eager to spout whatever his constituents ask, as DANNY ,a high school drop out is understandably built up by their adulation for his "way with a crowd".As times passes DANNY becomes ever more reticent toward The Old Way and becomes dubious of both Ronnie and her affiliates in the political party.His growing ambivalence towards The Old Way becomes vocalized when he meets a wholesome young woman named Nellie who invites DANNY to a "New Way" meeting.
One evening a speaker for the Old Way does not make it to the Old Way lecture at the auditorium, already packed with Old Way followers and DANNY,who has now renounced the Old Way is asked to give a speech, as nobody realizes just how far his affiliations with Neuronautics and the New Way have gone
but they soon do when DANNY FISHER takes to the podium
