Concerning Cole Cohen

•  rendition upon the subject's senses, cognitions etc and have notably instilled upon the subject he will always remain in an invisible cage  subject now sees little way out of besides suicidal ideation and of course "writing" of his psychotronic encasement incessantly.

•  Yet subject is losing faith in the social media serving the purpose of SOS(human experimentation/Targeted Individuals)or so called documentation of his ordeal 

• subject turns more and more to anti psychotic medicine and benzodiazepine but finds them of little or no use to "turning off" the interface.

• subject has "let go " off personal concerns and now subject's appearance has successfully emulated subject's disenfranchised emotional state.

• have tried 'egging on' subject's suicidal  ideations to implementation to garner a data that make this so
• feel headway is being made in this direction

• earlier in the week subject decided to paint again but sensed  he has "lost his touch' ...as predicted- replacing the subject's need toward self aggrandize through "the arts" toward a medium that requires linear thought has sapped the target of "sense of purpose" and also whatever fulfillment (financially and otherwise)the target was finding with albeit limited " competency " as  degenerate "artist"  ..subject's degenerative views READ just as(if not more) concisely via written word.Subject still does not realize to what extent his pontification and attempts to write in "third person" only make his "ravings" seem more hysterical and sneaky . The subject's inherent need for immediate gratification (writing directly online ) no longer reads as "at any cost ,including publication and financial reward" must I tell my story but as advertisements for his deviant ,deranged ideologies).When subject questions the lack of intervention by "authorities" to mitigate human testing often his operating Tele-Presence must reaffirm his initial convictions that he must "move forward and not lose faith" that someone will eventually come to his and other Targeted Individuals aid. We must focis on keeping our heasets on Hzs rather than aural over lay to encourage the subject  to  always "write directly online"  to assure the  subject  creates no "hard asset" that could possibly be published in a mainstream manner. Have successfully paced the subject's emotional neural baseline  to heightened state that offers the subject's pleasure center a synthetic sense of  accomplishment and mastery during subject's "writing sessions" A signal undercoat of obsessive "Cassandra-esque' synthesized righteousness at being made "human lab rat" that unfortunately  often becomes a soap box for Mr. Cohen's stance on Psychotronic Weaponry(one cannot have Mr. Cohen's meandering be "manic" without letting the subject 's misguided notions assert. Luckily the  subject's  compulsive writing  displays  a type of glorified narcissism that is off putting to any reader who might first be curious what the subject is 'going on about" concerning such matters .This flaw in character in itself is a hindrance to the subject 's narrative corralling readership - a problem and also an added bonus. When an imbued redirect of the subject's neural pathways is abruptly shifted the subject might chose to  renounce his entrainment via technological trappings as subject when not subdued by signal augment still grows suspicious that  his 'use" is to be "example ' of those amongst us who should be targeted with Neurotronic Displacement and Remote Neural Monitoring -during these lapses in utility the subject purposely reintroduces his "story" as the effect of brain damage caused either by subject's past drug use and or garden variety diagnosis of psychosis deliberately to not "appear victim" hence cautionary tale. As there are still many Cole Cohen "types" that might follow rote Telemetric protocol I am becoming more and more convinced Cole Cohen subject be discontinued from the program or "re-mixed" to take advantage of other aspects of his umbrage. His adamant stance that he will not be "example " of a "type"  negates the very purpose of definitive aspects of his being programmed to be "this type". Cole so far has demonstrated very little entre' into other aspect's of his "self/selves"that might come in handy if triggered. Might I suggest the subject be once again reminded through physical display upon his person that the subject will either "be" the degenerate artist /loon in the piece or not BE recast to the "Grassy Knowles"
