Automatic Barometer of Abnormal Comportment of Affect in Bundle  ABACAB was Proxy Cybernetics answer to consumer's questions which asked us if 'the coast was clear for a my family friends and neighbors to enter a public park ,beach or shopping district etc - safely .But we soon  wondered if ABACAB  would be enough.
 Most  surveillance operators must  watch recorded  imagery and sound  of literally hundreds of surveillance cameras and recorders. The problem of having  each operator scanning  the crowds for abnormal   imagery from only one or a few cameras at a time, makes it  likely that abnormal countenance and abnormal posturing might pass unnoticed, or are noticed too late.
 While current surveillance systems store the footage and mostly use it for post-event analysis, upcoming surveillance systems aim at detecting anomalous affect  and questionably  facial expressions  while theses red flags are being taped . ABACAB  detection enabled pro-active measures to be taken before an Analogous  Person got a chance to hurt others due to our real time monitoring capabilities. But soon Proxy Cuber realized  automatic detection systems have limited functionality, struggling to make inferences about the acceptability of human behavior with the use only of  Facial Recognition Technology .We realized that although Proxy Cybernetic's ABACAB system had addressed several of the key problems of scanning a large crowd for odd behavior ,odd eye movements ,stances and gestures - we had only fought half of the battle
.Proxy Cyber became aware that the most Analogous and Aberrant amongst us is often the best at streamlining their affect and composure toward normality as to go un- noticed in a crowd as possible and even our Analogous Thermal Transference Indicative Categorization Unit System  ATTICUS created to read the skin temperature of Aberrant Individuals was often of little use upon a deviant who has learned to attune their  second front Emanations to remain hidden.
Therefore it became necessary for  Proxy Cyber to  introduce our third tier of defense  which uses fMRI Mind Decoding systems to scan a crowd for Analogous Brain Signal .
