In Young Man's Account, Therapy using Synthetic Telemetry Turned Into Mind Rape

Van Nuys,CA — The 19 year old who had joined a church/self help movement that had been given lease of Advanced Technologies that allow another to take an audit /census of another's belief system through Mind Encoding techniques brought charges against both the church and whomever lent the self help group Mind to Mind technology. Because the technology can be considered a weapon the 19 year old cannot get a public  trial but only arbitration with representatives from the church which was granted permission to test neural prosthetics that allow for a Trained Operating Tele-Presence to both read another's thoughts, emotions and perceptions and also send thoughts ,words and visions back to the client's mind via what is called a Brain Computer Interface. While the client 's prosthetics attach themselves to the client's neural tissue the client's mentor uses only wearable  and thus removable sensors to communicate with the client. The church/self help movement has had a long tradition of  legal problems dealing with the members who refuse to  alter their lifestyles and behavior toward the church's demands or members who choose to leave the church . The church  has been accused many times of brainwashing it's members and using intimidating tactics upon those who try to leave the movement .The 19 year old male whose name must be with held according to his lawyers states that he was unaware that once he agreed to allow bio product into his nervous system to allow for church doctrines to be instilled in him by way of the interface he was purposely made unaware of what the young man said was the OT's absolute control of one's thoughts and perceptions and even dreams .The church however states that the young man was aware of the full immersion of having "tech" placed in his nervous system that would allow the young man to transmit and receive information meant not only to school him but purposely overwhelm him so his experience would be transcendental in nature as to impress upon the young man the emotions ,perceptions and awakening that the church founder went through when the churches founder according to  church doctrine experienced transfixion when telepathically communing  with an extra terrestrial being.

 

  Only one reporter from the church and one reporter who agreed to keep the name of the church private were allowed in the arbitration room. The young man throughout the proceedings could not face the man who had gone Mind to Mind upon him for 3 years . The lawyer for the church stated that the young man was well aware of the stringent rules regarding this still new format of communication and learning. The young man's OT,a 35 year old Level 8  said it was his job to "steer" the young man's mind to be more and more aligned toward the churches teachings with the use of neural tech that the church was asked to test upon a small fraction of it's members. The OT stated that he did no wrong to the young man. The OT next requested that the arbitrators be allowed to listen in on some of the young man's collection of 'Neural Read "with special software and headsets to prove that the young man for the most part enjoyed the interface and only balked at his mentoring when more and more the young man's OT found the young man resisting  him. The OT said he was trying to flood the young man's mind with  incongruity and fear to rid the young man's soul of anti social behavior, if for no other reason ,than doing his job to make  his ward's brain signals  Clear and Clean enough to be accepted in the spiritual world.
