Psychophysical and Neuro Weapons must be researched and developed in a manner that presumes in it’s investigation how a potential threat might use such weapons upon an individual or nation .
 We seek to understand the capacities and liabilities of mind decoding and mind interface technologies as these advancements might be used by hostile agents and governments against free nations. Our goal is to predict and simulate methods a hostile nation might use upon others by conducting neuro- weapons testing on a wide demographic of persons with a variety of “Thought Style. Our goal is to discover how a victim of brain entrainment weapon might survive such an attack. Our goal is to understand how a human organism might adapt and function while under the influence and duress of this invasive technology. It is only by simulating rigorous aggressive tactics a hostile nation might use that we can begin to understand how an individual or population might deal with a genuine attack with these unique weapons.

The public has previously demonstrated it’s lack of sophistication in comprehending the need for “in house” exploratory behavioral and chemical research upon it’s own patriots .One need only recall the hysterical fashion in which the public was mediated to react to knowledge that behavioral and pharmacological tests were conducted upon humans to strategize our pre-emptive psychological defensives.

The need for testing indeed done on ‘unknowing’ participants was spun by the press in a manner to malign researchers in behavioral psychology projects commonly referred to as “MK Ultra". Rather conspicuously there was little or no mention in the press concerning the necessity of the double blind approach nor explanation why such testing required the subject to be unaware of the intent or means of the operation. Some journalists and politicians sought to use the revelation of ‘MK Ultra ‘ to embarrass and therefore weaken these agencies and thus the nation’s standing in the world arena .

It is not only for the sake of discretion and the media’s inevitable desire to 'stir up the pot ‘as to once again mislead the public as to the merit and purpose of unsolicited human testing that we should seek outside agency to conduct behaviorist studies .
  It is desirable if the Operating Tele-Presence has an ingrained bias (as a genuine aggressor would ) against “the type” they are asked to entrain. Conditions that best mimic those that often precipitate war- unfortunately- are not hard to come by stateside .As it t is essential that the neuro weapons be used as one might an expect a true threat care should be taken to pair up the subject (target) with an Operating Tele-Presence with dissimilar ethnic, racial, sexual preferences.

Our goal is to understand how various thought styles might work to thwart undue influence as well concerning the reality of Brain Computer Interface being used by hostile nations against private citizens, prisoners of war and political allies . As the theater of war becomes about the unseen bullet of directed energy that mirrors and disrupts the  brain signal of  'captive' future warfare becomes more and more the mind of a 'soldier' being shielded in steadfast ideologies of cause.. The enemy who will use neurobiology ,psychology and psychophysics to not kill the captive but encourage the entrained to switch allegiances.

The enemy on foreign soil has the 'home team 'advantage of capturing the soldier's immediate means of processing of "the realities" of physical Time and Place - a soldiers 5 senses .The captive need only look around and see and hear and feel ,taste ,smell touch"the ruins of war" -damage to a village's people ,buildings ,water supply ,food supply...The enemy will take advantage of this as a "win' by parading "collateral damage " as proof of the captive's own cause being misguided ,savage -wrong. The aggressor will take advantage of 'common reality"-the right here right now - of the soldier's senses as ammunition (empathy, sympathy) to alter the soldier's belief systems and thus loyalties .What we seek to discover with synthetic telepathy testing is the nature of tenacity and threshold to a cause (the 'usual suspects' performing human testing ) and the rightness' of this cause which is by merit incongruous with loyalty and how this duality presents in the human cortex .
We wish to examine the core of one who might 'go through -paces-and becomes a servant/garcon to only self -those incapable of acknowledging the ethics of "greater good". Many behavioral tests hidden in the imbue of sensory data presented as virtual story hope to  study neurobiology of moral compass .

 We hope to discover what happens when seed of doubt seeps into the Targeted Individual that their entrainment has nothing to do with testing but punishment and seek to learn how the alternative media emphasizes which promotes myth of false flags ,New World Order ,rich man war,social control might befuddle a man or women toward such sentiments or precedent .We wish to discover how a prisoner detained by this means of subjugation with no chains to see might use the social media to cry for help with details of the methodology 's workings as to illicit concerns in a 3rd party concerning actuality. Once again we use the real time endeavor to understand qualities of treason.

The subject is aware what is happening to them is unfair and wrong and also aware that something more is at stake .We seek to understand what type of personality believes their own safety and comfort and sense of being wronged means more than the security of much larger concerns . We ask questions that preclude the theoretical- Does a test subject really have ‘right’ to say anything ,do anything to seek recourse and release from the experiment . Is the freedom of one man or women – indeed used for testing -more important than the 'battle" to space narrative with detail that pose risk of disclosing certain details of the testing a real aggressor might use to develop these esoteric weapons .To examine these qualities we turn again to the use of neural narrative and the ubiquitous “McGuffin” the target will be lead to believe pertains to issues that risk 'rational security" and therefore must not be discussed.
 In this way the simulation can segue into studies concerning intra neural interrogation in manner that has imbued reasons (treason) that subject presumes are rational for the next sequence of research that deals with intention.The McGuffin is such that the target cannot legitimately claim that sharing of such information is not without consequence to national security.

The public ‘s lack of awareness of neuro weapons outside of the realm of fiction serves the function of the testing being authentic to use of these unique weapons working best as “great unknown” in terms of source.Much in the same way the “a bad trip’ might not seem so bad or frightening if the recipient of the drug understands that the nature of their “virtual reality” is chemically induced .Likewise the receiver of neuro weapon meant to augment their neural function (aural and vision ‘hallucination’, modulation of emotions and behavior ,dreams ..)and biological /physiological function (phantom pain, scarring, skin abrasion, burning, jaundice ,edema, tremor ) works best if the target of such weapon perceived ‘the imbue’ as supernatural ,demonic or alien in nature. If one is familiar with ‘Voice of God ‘technology one will not so easily be coerced into believing the voice is anything but a technological trick. There is little use testing aspects of Synthetic Telepathy that rely on myth upon an engineer who is familiar with psychophysics weapons .
