it seems to me someone has forgotten that Mentorship is a reward not a punishment..it seems to me that our mutual associates have given you too much of a rope rather than too little a tether..
this long leash you have seemed to tangle yourself so in with things you do not understand I am afraid might snarl itself around your neck Mr/Bloom-
and that would be a shame for all concerned in this project

this was not a non consensual "act"

I suggest you curb your tendencies to over react to adjustments that need to be worked out between yourself and your team.

we all must learn to adapt to this so called " predicament" you claim you so deplore.
