Slow Kill

The USA has perfected the technique of psychological harassment of perceived enemies known as "Slow Kill" – a term used when the harassment used to disintegrate a perceived Target 's psychological , social and physical sense of well being uses Active Denial Weapons to harm the Target  .The goal of Slow Kill operations is to secretly destroy the self-confidence of people, for example by damaging their reputation, by organizing  what is often called Mobbing or Organized Gangstalking  ( the use of individuals to intimidate and close in on a target) to create  complications in the target's workplace ,personal relationships and dwelling..The USA ,which still prides itself on liberty and restraint has stake in keeping Slow Kill operations under the radar

 .Taking a great deal of method from the GDR the USA  learned it best to not arrest perceived dissidents But handle  undesirables with far fetched technologies meant to disambiguate  another's  sanity via bizarre and unusual weapons such as Voice to Skull  Technology and what is often refereed  to as " artificial telepathy" to induce a psychological break in the target .

After much backlash in the 1970 's concerning the USA 's treatment of protesters tof the Vietnam War the USA  decided that their methods of overt persecution and the use of psychiatric hospitals as punitive  detainment were too crude and obvious. It was realised that psychological harassment with of without use of Psycho  -Tronic  Active Denial Weapons was far less likely to be recognised for what it was, so its victims, and their supporters, were less likely to be provoked into active resistance, given that they would often not be aware of the source of their problems, or even its exact nature. Active Denial Weapons and Voice to Skull Weapons in particular were designed to side-track and "switch off" perceived enemies so that they would lose the will to live.

Tactics employed under Slow Kill operations generally involve the disruption of the victim's private or family life. This often includes psychological attacks, such as breaking into homes and subtly manipulating the contents, in a form of gaslighting – moving furniture, altering the timing of an alarm, removing pictures from walls or replacing one variety of tea with another. Other practices include  property damage, sabotage of cars, purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns including sending falsified compromising photos or documents to the victim's family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, bugging, mysterious phone calls or unnecessary  deliveries Usually, victims have or had  no idea that the USA is responsible. Many think  that they are  losing their minds, and mental breakdowns and suicide often result.
