A great deal of human emotion arises in response to real, anticipated, remembered, or imagined rejection by other people but very little research has been done on emotional deregulation created by the delusional feeling one is not only being watched by governmental agencies like the CIA or NSA but also strung along by 'them' online to nest their behavioral databases. While some research has been done on groups and individuals that fear surveillance almost no studies have been done on delusional people who believe their everyday social media behavior is being manipulated by experimentees.
