COLE- yes..

P.D and nobody wrote back to you

COLE-no...as far i was to be concerned I was 'just" a lunatic...and I very much was treated as such...bounced around mental facilities like some kind of I don't know what.

P.DBut you knew you weren't insane

COLE- Unfortunately yes..it would have been easier to deal with if I was not in fact made to be aware the situation was "merely' a Brain Computer Interface .One I was to adapt to or die trying

P.D Did you respect this so called interface.Whom exactly did this Voice present as

COLE- I suppose you'd say it implied it was military in nature 

P.D. -did any "military in nature" people speak to you being "made" military "in nature for brain computer interface experimentation?


COLE- it was around this time that many people began coming up to me and saying things...speaking  in odd puns...speaking in phrases..as if I were in a film...as if I were "in on something" ..some people it seemed went out of their way to act the part and dress the part of what i suppose one might call "G-Men "..all men in black slacks and ties...nobody ever said whom they were ...it was something implied....I am not explaining it well...The Voice was a lot more clear that it was official in nature''..militaristic..I was to know and never stop knowing I was to be subordinate to the interface   ...anything that reads another's mind and talks back to it ..I guess one assumes it's pretty official ..pretty high up to begin with ...the Voice implied many things...as time went on as to "who" or "what " it was...it would change you as it went on change your understanding of it...modulate it towards it's mood...or it's will...like some far out drug...but the drug was the signal changing your brain chemistry...sometimes you'd be in some state of being that was outside  sense so much  you might as well have been  mad.......and the Presence would take advantage of this...and scare you...no longer was "it' just men playing with Neuroweapons but aliens or demons...or some god you weren't aware of...and don't want to be..it was all about fear...but it always came back to some official explanation ...it lead you back and forth into these most terrifying stories .if it did not represent as something man made I can assure you I might have been lost forever in the rundowns

I am still afraid to be too candid...Do you understand...Nobody ever bothered just sitting me down and saying THIS is what is up..THIS is what is going on ....The point was to keep you always frightened...and always searching for answers//at the time I did not know that ..the searching for answers....was part of it...the writing about being hurt ..was the point ..but more than that was the writing of what was 'played through me" by the ....brainlink ...concerning .what the media now calls The Cohen Manifesto

COLE- I feared it but I certainly could not respect anyone who would do this to a man .>Does it matter who you are  when you do this to another..the army ..some bureau if investigating ...some intel agency?.No if anything that makes it worse..Because these are the people supposedly protecting us....so it leaves you with some very odd feeling of not being safe at all..You have nobody at all looking out for you..what you are talking about sounds absolutely insane only because people are not aware of the technology.Respect them? Far from it...the opposite...

You say you didn't respect the Voice to Skull
you didn't respect the mind decoding
nor input based on this decoding.



For a moment let us skip the validity
of the actuality of this technology

and focus at least theoretically on it's existence 

also if we may -let us separate this neuro technology 's
alleged use on you being any factor in the crimes you committed under it's influence and duress

and let us get back to your admission you did not respect

The PUBLIC DEFENDANT interrupts the D.A.telling the JUDGE he is confused about the district attorney's line of reasoning and is concerned the D.A. is trying to confuse the jury..

and I feel this in itself demonstrates in Cole a criminal pathology

COLE-It's called electronic harassment ..Psychotronic Torture..microwaves and God knows what aimed at my brain and body 24 hours a day..sound and vision thrown at my 24 hours a day bypassing my eyes and ears ..ever changing states of mind based on frequency..somehow my thinking listened upon and spoken to..

D.A. - and I suppose you got scanned...chips of some kind were found in you

COLE- according to some these 'chips" are small enough to literally break through the walls of a neuron ..according to many no optogenics or "chips' are needed..a scan will show nothing in most cases

D.A. Supposing this technology is genuine ..Isn't there a very good reason one this technology is used upon is not supposed to speak about the technology..because the technology is secret

COLE- Why would a person being tortured with such devices care about such secrets

D.A. You mean why would a disloyal citizen who cares nothing about security care about state secrets 

COLE- Actually i was under the impression those in control of me very much wanted me to discuss the torture quite vividly in fact..so vividly in fact that scan or no scan ..I was to write such peculiar things ..24 hours  a day WHILE the torture was occurring to get around the evidence of "scanning' one might usually   need. Just because the general public is not aware of this technology does not mean those developing it are not ..I began to realize I was being used to in fact 'show it off'


D.A.-Show it off to whom? If someone wanted to show off neurotronic weapons why wouldn't these weapons be shown on TV

COLE- They want it two ways .The only people that matter to this type are people with the same "knowing"

D.A.-You claim that if you yourself did not pull the trigger someone who would have appeared to be you would have nonetheless killed innocent people so your crazy journals .Your so called "Mandling Manifesto" would have been attributed to you

COLE- They spent an awful lot of time sending the mish mash to me .They said if I did not write it there were more of me out there..raised the same way 

D.A. -You claim the more you listened ..the deeper in you were..the more you wrote the more screwed you were ..so why did you write?

COLE-at first i assumed my writing was to get help..to write so much and about the things it didn't make sense I'd be so invested in unless something was "up' ..I used to assume they admitted the internet was studied ..or grazed..surveyed would help me...would save me and so many others this weapon is being used upon..I didn't realize the point was the internet as some kind of Op Ed piece for the weapons themselves ..I also didn't realize the dissidence that goes with being a human test subject was what they very much wanted in the writing ..trust me one very much begins turning against one's country who lets people use them as some type of pin cushion..one very much turns against the movie industry that goes out of their way to make science into science fiction I didn't understand what was going on.

P.D i would now like to present a paper my client was asked to write for the Operating Tele-Presence 's  whose job was to continuously fool my client into believing he was serving some important cause .Causes that escalated into the shooting ..Cole himself states and quite rightly he felt no loyalty to any agency or group and dare I say country that would allow any group to take a person in this manner ..It is not important that you believe if Cole was in fact guided by outside forces



 but that we understand the nature of the guidance system as it pertains to Cole's ever lessening sense of self autonomy .Supposedly for National Security reasons we are not to be granted documents that in fact prove this technology does in fact exist in not just one form but many and for many years .Cole did not blindedly follow orders from forces be they real or imagined and in spite of 'news blackout " i shall as best I can prove to you beyond a shadow of doubt these technologies do in fact exist .
But for now let us examine Cole's state of mind being tethered to a Direct Neural interface that served no other purpose than to destroy Cole's very self to such a point he might be persuaded to do any thing .
Cole L.Cohen was not simply asked to shoot up a  restaurant    full of diners the BrianLink convinced Cole were -a cell -of some kind  but entrained  to his very last neuron to do so

CUT-

A man seated behind the jury box takes out a black marker and begins drawing small lines around the outline of his face .The PEOPLE next to him are suitable aghast 
Finished the outlining the MAN stands up interrupting the trial 
and the MAN looking directly at COLE points his finger and next makes a circular gesture round his own face .As the SECURITY GUARDS race towards him with the marker he draws X.s over his own eyes 
The MAN is taken out of the courtroom

We go CLOSE on Cole's face .

And see as if from Cole's Point of View  a free floating vision .A flickering of what we might suppose is "The Face taker' A free floating Clown Like Man with a knife in it's hand 

Cole looks at his lawyer who is making a shame shame gesture with his fingers.

We hear the back doors of the courtroom open and see the man  who draw lines on his face come back inside the room ,his arms folded.

COLE looks at the judge who as well has his arms folded .

The jury folds their arms staring at COLE as if he let them down as do all those sitting in the gallery.

JUDGE (to Cole) -Have we gotten that out of system? will you know what to say in a genuine courtroom?

COLE- y-y-y-es?

JUDGE - You say it was a symbolic gesture  against the military industrial complex who are so high up and so protected you couldn't get to the real culprits..

You talk briefly about the Targeting ....you talk endlessly about the people who have no say in things  boiling over..you discuss how thousand sof people you are involved with online in particular want  and need reciprocity .You have a nice face Cole .Let's keep it that way .We don't want anyone here faceless for 40 years in jail hooked up to machines ...You want to be more than a pain reading for Proxy Cyber I hope.You already did your part with the Manifesto..why screw it up with talk it was sent straight to cortex .
