Most people would not dream of creating a weapon that incites the type of hyper mania , hyper -graphia and hypertonic states that a neruro weapon does much less hide the reality of it ...a weapon that is meant to incite panic in one's self and mimic mental illness , so the victim themselves becomes the mouth piece
