Individuals who are deceived on social media believe that their words will eventually be acknowledged by someone. However, when that recognition never happens (which is highly unlikely due to the vast number of social media users), these deceived individuals may start coming up with plans to gain attention that have nothing to do with 'sharing'. They mistakenly think that their words are more important than others, which is a symptom of their condition. This distorted perception is often fueled by their belief in the existence of 'mind control weapons' that supposedly dictate what they should post. Unfortunately, these claims of ventriloquism diminish the credibility of their statements. In certain cases, when faced with the disappointment of not being taken seriously, these troubled individuals may resort to violent actions to make their point. It is crucial to be able to recognize the warning signs of violence in individuals who are mentally unstable and influenced by delusions of mind control. By studying their blogs and microblogs, we can take proactive measures to prevent potentially dangerous situations.
