Jewish Opinion on Operation Paperclip
My Intro. to Judaism class last night was about the formation and modern history of Israel.
The topic of Nazis fleeing to South America had come up and I got curious, what is your opinion on the US version (Operation Paperclip)?
I see tons written about getting Nazis out of Argentina to face trail, but in a cursory search of Google I couldn't really find much regarding a Jewish or Israeli response to Nazi scientists brought to the US. A few articles saying how not cool that was, but nothing about Mossad agents tactically acquiring them in the dead of night to face justice. Or just generally being disappeared (could of course be my inability to search).
