Developing a conspiratorial framing typology, it is possible to gain a better understanding of the framing of information in media and how that information is trusted or not trusted and generally understood.

By linking media framing with ideas and theories regarding conspiracies, this research posits that more frames are needed to describe the conspiracy theory aspect of media framing.
