Social media allows fringe groups such #targetedindividuals to reach schizophrenics or persons experincing first episode psychosis, which, in turn, can lead to the distressed social media user foregoing treatment. We argue that it is the repsosiblity of social networks to protect vulnerable users from these dangerous groups
