Phillip 😑 had become acutely unwell, leading to a hospital admission, where he described a belief that he had been kidnapped by psychologists for an experiment. He believed that he had been placed in a false town that copied his home town and his parents and family were imposters. Philip could hear and see the psychologists, particularly at night. Treatment initially focused on reducing the risk to his parents and testing out his delusional beliefs, before the focus turned to his voices.
