The Targeted Individual (TI) community, consisting of individuals who self-identify as Star Seeds and Light Workers, reject their psychaitric diagnosis. They see their thought disorders as   God's gift. Star Seeds placed here in human bodies to benefit humanity.

TIs utilize writing as a means to cope with feelings of ostracism and otherness. By sharing their thoughts and experiences, TIs find temporary solace from inner conflicts, stressful circumstances, and overwhelming emotions. While opting for holistic treatments over conventional ones is not a novel concept, the use of digital media to create moodboards that reflect their mental state is a relatively new development. The information gathered from these individuals, who reject traditional psychiatric methods, provides clinicians with valuable insights into the thought processes of ordinary individuals striving to overcome their psychological challenges with the support of their peers.
