The individual referred to as the "Targeted Individual" occupies a position within the spectrum that lies between narcissism and schizophrenia.
Their grandiosity, which is indicative of their narcissistic tendencies, is a manifestation of their desire to assert their significance, while simultaneously being forced to recognise their lack of importance by others. Nobody believes them, their self concerns about body sensations, manipulated dreams and other fanciful beliefs invite ridicule. This dichotomy, wherein one feels both immense and insignificant in the eyes of others, can potentially lead to violent behavior, as is often observed in such individuals.
