Influenced by seminal works of science fiction , the transhumanist vision of a transformed future humanity has attracted many supporters and detractors from a wide range of perspectives.^[3] Transhumanism has been characterized by one critic, Francis Fukuyama, as among the world's most dangerous ideas, to which Ronald Bailey countered that it is rather the "movement that epitomizes the most daring, courageous, imaginative, and idealistic aspirations of humanity".

Targeted Individuals are people  who have been selected as participants i.e subjects by Project Coordinators in the Transhumanistic Movement for both research and development purposes and because non consensual Human Experimentation is both illegal and abhorrent to the public the TI (Targeted Individual) is often covertly harassed, abused, gang-stalked and spied upon 24/7 by organized groups of persons whose job it is to  control ,monitor , discredited and most of all intimidate  the participant  to "be quiet"about "it" ,often an impossibility  for the Participant who may in fact "be game" in the beginning but soon realize  many of the tests performed upon them  are about gaining neural data concerning  psychological  thresholds using purposefully intrusive Advanced Technologies (A.I. ,Brain Computer Interface and "Enhanced" Induced Perception) which inevitably lead to a TI (in spite of their "enhancements""and the initial "fun" of "it" to seek some degree of mediated legislation concerning the logically misunderstood peculiar and often unbelievable nature of said experiments by many in the medical field (both psychiatric and Neurological) as both  hallucinations and delusion)

 

There are several reasons why people become targets ( a messy divorce, child custody, unrequited love, whistle-blowing, revenge, differences in social, political, or religious beliefs, etc.)
 for experimental reasons by the ***** or ***** agencies, usually, to test out how certain mind-augment (Psychotronics /Neurotronic techniques  work upon a diverse demographic of "brain signal"and Thought Style.

The main purpose of what is referred to as Gang Stalking  is to discredit and control targets and silence and minimize their claims .. Harassment and abuse is often set up by corporations and  businesses, who might be forced to use aspects and  perpetrators of  organized crime street gangs, right-wing extremists, doctors, dentists, lawyers, or anyone who stands a chance of making any money and other benefits of  helping keep a Target quiet .

Targeted Individuals are often also dosed with hallucinogenics and "street theater" based "Gaslighting " efforts to help keep the alibi of "crazy "in the minds of would be legal and legislative help the TI might seek.Often the TI is kept in a state of Stockholm Syndrome towards their Tele Presence Operators(who often begin "Disambiguation Protocol" as "love interest" also many TI's become "addicted" to the interface and the "novelty" of 5 Sense Immersive Reality upon their senses and sensibilities .Often the Advanced Technology of " realer than real "infers to a TI ( subject) IT is not technological in nature but Supernatural in origin, further making the TI reticent to "spill the beans" about their "Communion" for fear of punishment beyond "this realm" of reality.

"what film did you get this time?" Dixie asked, watching Debbie load the DVD

"Oh ...it's very different sort of film tonight...sort of a documentary," Debbie said taking her place on Dixie's sofa., watching Dixie's face drop when Dixie saw her face appear on the screen explaining in depth about ,"How the carbon polymer nano tubes each had to be shaped exactingly to fit between site specific neural pathways-

.A fellow Neuronaut had "borrowed"a huge electron microscope from a work/study research facility outside of San Francisco that had been "apparently" burglarized early that week and burnt to the ground by "perhaps a disgruntled " employee or maybe a cash conscious guard ,perhaps the one burnt in the fire.

A 18foot wide U -Haul served as the electron microscope's new home where the traces of the various shades of red fingernail polish were studied under the lens.

when Gary asked why the department was interested in what sounded like" just more  Superficials for a consumerism...Debbie explained that quite beyond superficialities Dixie's "team" specialized in altering another's ethnic guise...so "I don't know -some puppet dictator who went to Hungary or something could LOOK Hungarian...according to Dixie there was a baboon they had "apped" with cosmodots they had made look just like Andrew Jackson..

GR realized that these "window shoppers " for some type of "New Age-ie"seekers of some type of "Instant Karma" transformation were 9 times of 10 only what Gary referred to as "Vague-Runts' that often took a 'course or two" and "bailed' on the rigidity and "ego -lessness " required to "hand oneself over completely to Program of Mentored Mind Assuaging that ran too contrary to the indoctrinated "tightness of being' that " impressed upon most potential "joiners"
"some  bizarre assumption" that the most important aspect of Self Growth had to do with the 'selfish separatism and self discovery "that "The Motherment " and the media had duped society into believing was
the definitive aspect of "Being-ness"which Gary Rainy lectured was actually the very antithesis of "Instigated Evolution" and because of this "rumor" of Individualism and Independent Thought being "all but rammed down out throat" as the" end all" and "first of all"of "Being-hood"Gary ,quite early on realized that the necessary tithe a "True Believer " would alm to the "Movement"certainly would not come from what he referred to as the curious "Vague- Runts" who wanted their "religion" to "fit in" with their brainwashed notions that only "giving up their individualism"was not the problem but the solution for an attainment that according to Rainy ,"could not be found in a solitary "Selfness" but only through "a Group Common-ism" ....according to Gary "the lie of self seeking "me-ness"was intentionally  induced into the Collective Consciousness by the endless "chant-a -tions" of pop music,Tv and Film...that went along with the "Motherment's"deliberate intentions of  introducing a fractured,manufactured "spirit of the isolation that IS  the essence of Individualism because Collectivism and Group Thought  threatens the "status LOW" offered by THEIR "controlled corralling" of governance  which amounts to little more than "crowd control "

Tv ,Film ...publishing all forms of "the media " play into this absurd notion of "Me-ism" to further lead mankind to assume that individual identity (doing one's own thing)is how man is a 'real man"...this notion of course is completely contrary
to the intrinsic biology of "the survival of this or any other species"

introduce the notion of constituency and "yes a giving one's Oneness completely over to Group Thought
as this was the only way man could Emerge from "this inane fracturing thought style Rainy attributed to the  "Me,Me Me" rather than the "we,we ,we" "brand" of existence that requires any organism to not extinguish it's Species-hood with the capricious,undirected mish mash of "I am different and unique"and must "follow my own map".Never mind that throughout history ,dare I say more Attenuated Men and women often blessed with a "Knowing almost Supernatural in it's idealogy" have prescribed "The Right Way"to exist not as separate narcissists but as a Might Hive.

could be shaped and modified with over 250 components
and still be hundreds of times smaller than the head of a pin

Gary huffed and sighed on the other end of the line, indicating that all he cared about
were the "g-d damned chips that
enabled a "discrete" Brain Computer Interface"

Debbie explained that the nanotubes had tofirst be remotely guided to very specific areas of another's brain to best wedge themselves in the spaces between "key" neural pathways that best captured
"the specific signals' that could both transmit and be transmitted upon
one's 5 senses
Debbie explained that Dixie had 'shared" that the nano particles for each sense
taste touch ,hearing
were "scored" differently
and that a variety of nano tubes would have to be
removed from the premises....

*Meditations On A Walk -In Introduction-"I felt a wonderful sense of belonging .I felt an immediate sense of belonging ...an immediate kinship with The Entity who I must admit at first I was frightened of...But the Entity seemed to know of my thoughts   my fears...and instantly The Entity first dominated than quelled EVERY FEAR I ever had...not just of this strange presence that did not so much "take me over " as "Take Me On"...The Entity handed me a small wooden box that IT insisted I open ....the box contained shiny webs of light and glimmer that the Entity directed I place upon my head ...like a halo...but this ring of Knowing and Illumination did not sit for long upon my head but somehow lit it's way INTO my head....and these "magical raindrops of light and lightness receded into not just my mind but my entire being   which was now and from then on in a Communion with The Emanations  
 

The Science-Ideology of Neuronautics

Gary Rainy believed that “the soul” was nothing  more and nothing less than Emmitance of electromagnetic “steam” of transpired and transmitted   brain signals ... exhaust fumes …from the True Selfness of intention-ed neuron to neuron exchange

The fact that most believe that these remnants of signal exchange are somehow “the essence” of their “Them-ness”” is only because this leftover energy ,these exhaust fumes  created by “the industry” of pre and post neural firing is replete of sensibility...and thus may be conceived as "heavenly and divine".

 

Gary Rainy wrote that the vapid nature of used up signaling was deemed “good”(and Soul) by most people only because of the "spent" and therefore "comforting"properties of the used up nothingness of undirected  brain signal energy..

…”it is most peculiar that  most people FEEL they are GOOD based upon the very least important aspect of THOUGHT and THEREFORE the very least aspect of “Being-hood”

Gary Rainy believed that only Emmitance  or what he called  psychic projection of Neural Active “beinghood” into the atmosphere matter to the Electromagnetic Fields which "collect "out of body Consciousness which is why Neuronautics focuses on True Nature of brain signal systems and not False Sentiments of an indoctrinated notion of "Goodness".I can attests that ancient man hunting for prey for food and the skins of these animals to survive had very, very different notions of "Being Good"...The so called "Motherment" has domesticated our basic instincts to that of lap dogs..is it any wonder we spend so much time having to think WHO we really are.Neuronautics will give you back your Primal Mind and your basic instincts and only the physics based electrical charge of "THIS is WHO I REALLY AM will be quantifiable  enough to be collected and stored by the Physics of magnetism in the Realms of protons and neutrons that IS for a lack of a better word G-d. 

 This magnetic spectrum can care less if one’s Emittance is based upon  the archaic  “false sentiments” of Good or Evil used ONLY to keep "us" in line.

In Gary’s early lectures on Neuronautics he often began by proposing  future followers to ponder with him a new notion of envisioning the invisible Entities and lingering Identities that were all around us and often  whether we wanted it or not inside us- by stating that the invisible world is actually more important than the so called Physical Realm we see ,hear and taste..for some of these malevolent Entities not nothing more than to cling to a mind not lessoned in Neuronautic Thinking

“Perhaps you have a difficult time perceiving the importance of recognizing "the invisible forces" that surround us...You do not see oxygen which is "unsee-able",” Gary  Rainy would  often say  ,”but I guarantee if it was not here ,in this lecture hall I can guarantee you would notice it than...”   

 

Emanations according to Gary Rainy were basically “auras” that all men and women and even plants transmitted via their brain signals into the atmosphere or what later Gary called the Enway  or Neural Highway.Gary stated that these invisible emanation are often “sensed” by humans and asked his audience to remember a time  when they FELT someone looking at them from behind but did  not in fact SEE the eyes of the person doing so.

”Emit-tance IS “the eyes in back .Of .Your Head”Gary claimed stating that ,”Some people are better at sensing Emit-tance than others.”adding ,”that in fact some people are so good at this type of “SEEING” or “ENSING” that they make a living at it-as psychics or clairvoyants.

“This invisible “steam” that comes from the “fumes” of those cogs in your heads endlessly churning and spinning ….does not have to BE exhaust." Gary would conclude ," or the useful ,blissful Emptiness that  fools through the years have taught us is “our Soul-

Of course we would like to believe that the remnants of  the toil of thought is ourselves.But it is only our exhausted SELFNESS.
Of course we would like to believe that these exhaust fumes of Intetional Thought IS our HEART and TRUE NATURE  but all this disenfranchised non lucid “Feeling” IS –is in fact spent brain signals that of course FEEL separate from our Cognitive Intentions of Directed Energies of our  internal  neuron to neuron self guidance systems
.A “Soul”is a lie of the mind we coddle to as if it has reverence but I am here to tell you and teach you that only with Neuronautics can one assure their Emanations ,good or bad  will FOREVER "Co-Mingle" and Merge with- FOREVER-
