the technique of psychological harassment of perceived enemies known as Zersetzung – a term borrowed from chemistry which literally means "decomposition"- has gone Hi Tech,as overt methods of persecution such as arrest and "hands on" torture, were deemed too crude and obvious especially as those targeted with what some call Vermehren Zersetzung(Mind Augment Decomposition) have not "done" anything against the law but question where some laws and civil liberties have gone.
"Voice to Skull" Technology and "inserts" that that had capabilities of transcribing "brain waves" into recognizable sentences and words of the subject's "interior monolog "that could respond "in kind" with V2K leaves no physical marks..and the fact that so few people outside the *** realize that this technology not only exists but has exists and has been used on "problematic or dissident types" for numerous years .In spite of "those in the loop" having full knowledge of this technology not one proposed court case has been given it's due diligence..Technological Zersetzung is still considered a "science fiction" so technological psychotronic harassment is not likely to be recognized for what it is..,Many of those given the 'treatment" have done little in terms of genuine threat besides write ,paint or film.. .besides artists people considered detractors or who speak too loudly against the establishment and the weaning civil rights might do best to realize that indeed there are means of hurting another that might seem "futuristic" but become rather less so when one is under it's invisible net... active resistance, let alone "the legal system" is useless when one beings speaking of Mind Augment Zersetzung as the very nature of it's Inception is that it is too "far out" to be believed..so far there is eveidence that several thousand victims of Voice to Skull and Mind Transcription based interface have committed suicide,their love one's left only with the visions of their departed speaking "gibberish" of hearing voices and seeing things..In the next 10 years perhaps when this technology becomes used more and more as a tool for medicine and recreation will these suicides cases perhaps be reclassified as Homicide. Decompensation via Brain Computer Interface or what is called Vermehren Zersetzung was designed to side-track and "switch off" perceived enemies so that they would lose the will to continue any "inappropriate" activities.
