Monarch Programming is a method of mind control used by numerous organizations for covert purposes. At AIT, the Austrian Institute of Technology, we have developed the next generation of biomimetic, frame-free vision and image sensors. Based on the seminal research on neuromorphic electronics at CalTech in the 1990’s and further developed in collaboration with the Institute of Neuroinformatics at the ETH Zürich, ATIS is the first optical sensor to combine several functionalities of the biological ‘where’- and ‘what’-systems of the human visual system. Following its biological role model, this sensor processes the visual information in a massively parallel fashion using energy-efficient, asynchronous event-driven methods.

Neuromorphic Systems
Biological sensory and information processing systems still outperform the most powerful computers in routine functions involving perception, sensing and motor control, and are, most strikingly, orders of magnitude more energy-efficient. The reasons for the superior performance of biological systems are still only partly understood, but it is apparent that the hardware architecture and the style of computation in nervous systems are fundamentally different from those applied in artificial synchronous information processing.

In the late 1980s it was demonstrated that modern semiconductor VLSI technology is able to implement electrical circuits that mimic biological neural functions and allow the construction of neuromorphic systems, which – like the biological systems they model – process information using energy-efficient, asynchronous, event-driven methods. The greatest successes of neuromorphic systems to date have been in the emulation of peripheral sensory transduction, most notably in vision.

Our AI research focuses on adapting elements of control systems of cybernetics upon a participants neural pathways  .The participant's task is to retain his or her  self  autonomy while we attempt to take the participant's autonomy away. Thus  it becomes the participant's task to teach us how one how one "spiked" or infected with neural prosthetics (especially nano scaled neural components) might  adapt  to  unwanted data transmitted directly to one's mind. Specifically incoming neural data   based on the participant's  own transcribed  brain signals. Primarily a Proxy's Mentor will intentionally focus on the subject's most personal fears and humiliations transmitted via  the telemetry . Our task? To discover and  decide from moment to moment what to do, based on an ongoing stream of sensory and cognitive  data by setting new challenges and quandaries for the subject both in the real world   and with a virtual world presented to the subjects  five senses via a Direct Neural  or a Brain Computer Interface.  Teams attempt to  introduce upon the subject technological, psychological   methodologies to create new neural pathways once the molecule sized carbon  nanotubes adhere to task specific  dendrites  to capture, decipher  and  influence  synaptic signature.

 Our mission is also to categorize ,analyze and reconstruct  specific  brain signals pertinent  to how  a specific target demographic  thinks ,feels and perceives  Blended Reality. Blended Reality or Virtual Reality  enables a participant to respond  to interactive narrative.
