and when around other people, he seems disinterested. Removed. Certainly this effects the way he is treated by others. Like so many other of my patients, he has turned to internet groups that 'empower' people with personality disorders. He has told me he has been encouraged to arm himself, but he has a tendency to fabricate things. He has told me that he hears voices he assumes come from government who he says is run by pedophile homosexuals who once must of seen him in a school play or locker room and wanted to 'cyborg him' (make him a 'Targeted Individual" ) so he'd have to turn tricks. He proceeded to remove his penis from his shorts, to 'test me' to see if I was part of the Cabal who targeted him , when he saw I was frightened he laughed and said 'don't believe everything you hear me say, I just hate having to come here."
