Self identifying as Star Seeds and Light Workers made different - to benefit humanity, the Targeted Individual (TI) community works through their feelings of ostracism and otherness by writing. Sharing helps offers the TI a temporary escape from inner conflicts, stressful circumstances, and intolerable feelings. Eschewing traditional treatment in favor of more holistic ones ,is nothing new but using digital media to create moodboards that reflect our mental state is. The data of these anti -psychiatry Star Seeds and Light Workers offers clinicians a peak into the minds of just plain folk working through their psychosis with friends.
