People with serious mental health issues often lack awareness of their own disease. They also might lack awareness of how their actions online might effect their reputation, perhaps long after they have received treatment for their issues. Targeted Individuals is a catchall term for people afraid of technology, and sometimes one's beliefs ( compounded by these anti -mind control online cults that prey on the mentally ill ) if updated continuously by others who also refuse to view their voice hearing and thoughts of being persecuted (stalked) as a symptom of a psychological disorder. Furthermore, tricking someone suffering from psychosis into adding the title 'Targeted Individual' to one's profile is also tricking them into being perceived as a dangerous person by law enforcement, even the FBI admits it grazes the web for certain words that have implications that someone suffering from a mental disability might not recognise.
